Shipping Policy

Orders confirmed before 4 PM are dispatched the same working day; the rest go out the next working day.

Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 3–7 working days. Remote and hill pincodes may take 1–3 days longer.

Shipping is free across India on all packages. There are no hidden handling fees at delivery.

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The product name is not printed on the outer box and the invoice is sealed inside.

COD is available on most serviceable pincodes with no advance payment. Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the delivery agent.

You receive a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is picked up. If tracking does not update for 48 hours, call +91 9625916894 and we will chase the courier for you.

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel returns to us because of an unreachable number or incorrect address, we contact you to re-ship or refund any prepaid amount.
