Return / Refund Policy

The parcel arrived damaged, leaking or with a broken seal.

You received the wrong product, wrong pack size or an incomplete order.

The product was expired or within 30 days of expiry on delivery.

Report any of the above within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or a video.

Opened, used or partially consumed packs where no defect exists.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.

Dissatisfaction with results — Ayurvedic products act gradually and outcomes differ from person to person.

Products not purchased from this website or our authorised channels.

Call +91 9625916894 or email greenhulkhouse@outlook.com with your order ID and supporting photos. We arrange a reverse pickup where the pincode is serviceable; otherwise we share a prepaid return address.

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the returned item being received and verified.

Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

COD orders: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the account you share, within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, are refunded only when the fault was ours.
