Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Green Hulk order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
How to cancel
Call +91 9625916894 or email greenhulkhouse@outlook.com with your order ID, registered name and phone number. Cancellation requests are processed during working hours (Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM (IST)).
Cancellation window
Before dispatch: full cancellation, no charges.
After dispatch: the order cannot be cancelled in transit. You may refuse delivery, or use our Return / Refund Policy once the parcel is delivered.
Prepaid orders
If you paid online and cancel before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
Cash on Delivery orders
COD orders can be cancelled at no cost before dispatch. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your number.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if the address is incomplete or unserviceable, the phone number is unreachable, stock is unavailable, or the order is flagged as fraudulent. Any amount already paid is refunded in full.
